Brigitte Baumann, global expert in diversity management, is is  founder of Diverseo. She has managed several diversity projects for international firms.

• she has assisted the Board of a global technology company to understand why women were not reaching the top of the organization and leaving the company,
• she managed a program to make corporate values more inclusive, and coached executives to understand that there can be several ways to apprehend those values,
• she advised the Board of a global organization of CEOs on how to better embrace and leverage diverse thinking, and acquire entrepreneurial skills by working with start-ups,
• she co-created the first network of women Business Angels in Europe.

Brigitte holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has 20 years experience of building technology enabled businesses in the US and Europe both in small and large entities like Gemplus (smart cards) where she was President North America, American Express as Senior Vice President Internet businesses and CEO of iWG a global developer of mobile content services. She was also a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, working in New-York, Tokyo and Paris.

Brigitte is the subject of a Harvard Business School case study and a guest lecturer at IMD on authentic leadership. She is a member of the Young President Organization and serves on their European Board. She is also a Business Angel, CEO of Go Beyond Ltd. enabling individuals, especially those transitioning in and out of corporations, to invest in start-ups. She is an executive Board member of European Business Angel Network in Brussels. She is Swiss/French/US and enjoys triathlons.
