Unconscious biases have a major impact on performance evaluation and capacity for interaction, reducing the impact of diversity efforts made elsewhere.

That is why Diverseo has partnered with Project Implicit, an international research project created by three eminent scientists: Prof. Anthony Greenwald, University of Washington, Prof. Mahzarin Banaji, Harvard University, et Prof. Brian Nosek, University of Virginia.

Their goal is to understand how biases in one’s own attitudes and beliefs play on their perceptions of self and others. 

In 1998, they invented a series of online tests, the IAT - Implicit Association Test - hosted on the server at Harvard University, which allows test participants to quantify their biases and stereotypes on several dimensions or social groups.
