..........................................................................................................  | Nathalie Malige Chief Executive Officer Nathalie Malige is CEO of Diverseo.
Nathalie was first involved in the implementation of a diversity initiative over ten years ago. She specializes in strategy and change management for international companies. A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and the American University of Beirut, Nathalie started her career in marketing at Procter & Gamble and Diageo. She then moved on to seven years of strategy and change management consulting at McKinsey and AT Kearney. Nathalie currently leads diversity management projects for large corporations. She has developed a specific model of diversity integrating science and business management, reconciling ethics and business demands with the requirements of performance and globalization. Nathalie is also adjunct professor of diversity at ESCP-EAP (historically a "French Grande Ecole" now European Business School with campuses in Berlin, Torino, London, Madrid and Paris), where she teaches diversity management and contributes to the development of social innovation.She is also the President of the Procter & Gamble Alumni association, president of the diversity management interest group of ESCP-EAP alumni association, member of the European Women Network, Member of Club 21, a not for profit organization whose goal is to promote a positive image of diversity in France and is a mother of two. Born in France, Nathalie is both French and Lebanese. more info |  | Brigitte Baumann Director Brigitte Baumann, global diversity management expert, is Director of Diverseo. She provides strategic counsel to international companies on a regular basis. First graduating as an engineer, Brigitte holds an MBA from Wharton. For twenty years, she held high-level operational responsibilities, as Senior Vice President Internet Businesses at American Express, and as President of Gemplus North America. Previously, she spent five years in consulting at McKinsey in New-York, Tokyo and Paris. Brigitte is a guest lecturer at IMD. She is a member of the Young President Organization and serves on their European Board. She is a Business Angel, serves on a number of selection committees across Europe and is a Board Member of the European Business Angel Network (EBAN).
