We believe that diversity can be a performance lever and gives the opportunity to leverage both performance and social ethics. 

Companies that have set up successful diversity management initiatives have three common characteristics:

they are focused on the performance of talents and not on their individual profiles (age, gender, origin...) have a unique ability to take decisions based on facts thus reducing the impact of potential biases,

ü

their organization is flexible and inclusive, contributing to the performance of diverse profiles,

ü

their personnel have strong interpersonal skills which make it possible for different profiles to work well together while building on the points of view of one and other.

These 3 criterias are key performance contributors.

Furthermore, several studies prove a strong correlation between:
