We have developed new IATs, Business IAT ™,  that are adapted to the specific needs and objectives of businesses.
Biases have a strong and negative impact on performance. For example,
research has shown that a manager's suspected sexist attitude would reduce the performance of female subordinates on quantitative tasks by an average 22%.  

Research also evidenced that the IAT can be a useful tool to instigate the process of behavioral change toward "diverse" profiles. In fact, one study has shown that those who took the race bias IAT in the context of the judgment of a Black man did reduce their race bias as observed on a subsequent decision about him. 

Therefore, the IAT is an effective and powerful tool to better leverage all talents and increase corporate performance. 

Our business IATs leverage the diversity change management expertise of Diverseo along with the IAT development skills of the inventors of the IAT, Project Implicit's principals.

These Business IATs™ will help you understand your attitudes, preferences and implicit associations regarding specific social groups at work and help you change such attitudes when change is desirable.

For large corporations, such Business - IATs™ are usually embedded in a customized website or an online training tool which provides participants with strategies to reduce the impact of unwanted automatic associations on behaviors.
They usually complement our in-person training programs that start with senior management.

For smaller businesses, we provide access to a specific number of tests throughout the year or during training programs with our certified trainers.

Our Business IATs™ are delivered either through the web, on paper for one-on-one coaching sessions and small training groups or on screen for large training groups.
