Most CEOs see the ability to leverage a wider pool of talents as a key strategic advantage. Yet actual progress in the demographics of gender diversity is extremely limited.

To better understand these disappointing results, Diverseo conducted a global study on perceptions of gender and leadership, measuring attitudes towards women and leadership both on the explicit (i.e. conscious) and the implicit (i.e. unconscious) level.

Opening the door to the implicit level, we used a test based on very recent advances in mind sciences.
