  • Nathalie MALIGE


    In her 17 years in consulting, Nathalie has advised CEOs and senior executives in various industries to enhance their corporation’s performance. Today, she is a recognized expert in the area of cognitive or unconscious biases and their impact on business performance.

    Nathalie had a three stages career: First a marketer, Nathalie started her career in the marketing and sales functions at Procter & Gamble, followed by Diageo. Turning into a general management consultant, she moved on to McKinsey followed by AT Kearney. During those years, she expanded her experience in growth strategy and corporate finance, and launched, along with a group of international colleagues, McKinsey’s gender initiative. Now an entrepreneur, Nathalie co-founded Diverseo in 2006 where she started collaborating with various eminent researchers such as Prof. Mahzarin Banaji from Harvard University.

    As thought leader, Nathalie is frequently invited to speak about unconscious bias at prestigious venues such as The Women’s Forum in Deauville or the Global Diversity and Inclusion Conference in Barcelona. She is also called as a keynote speaker in annual internal client conferences. Nathalie has been interviewed or published articles in various media such as the Financial Time, Les Echos..

    Nathalie is a graduate of the American University of Beirut and holds a master degree from ESCP-Europe.

    Martin is COO of Diverseo where he leads client project. He is in charge of the development of new applications, mainly leveraging cognitive science and advanced analytics in the fields of finance and marketing.

    Martin has a strong experience in consulting and project management. He joined Diverseo from McKinsey where he participated in various projects such the definition of the portfolio strategy for a high tech player, the transformation of a public utility, or the identification of consumer insights for a home appliance manufacturer. Prior to McKinsey, Martin managed a land assets portfolio at RFF where he negotiated the first public-private partnership development and worked as a consultant in real estate and high-impact urban development projects in France and Algeria.

    Martin holds two master degrees in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (FR) and Ecole des Pont Paris Tech (FR), including a one year MSc in Cardiff University (UK), and an MBA from INSEAD (FR).

  • Mickaël PALMA


    As an expert in Ruby on Rails programming and media encoding, Mickaël is in charge of all the web applications and online programs. He is also responsible for Diverseo’s online strategy and visibility.

    With more than 12 years of experience in computer engineering, Mickael has held several positions in technology companies such as Wanadoo or Locatel where he was in charge of VOD satellite broadcast and media encoding. He then created the web department of a French relational marketing agency where he managed projects for big clients such as Volkswagen, Western Union, la Société Générale… He also dived into e-commerce for a small Home cinema business based on Ruby On Rails technology. Mickaël studied international trading at ISEG school in Paris and taught himself computer engineering and programming, including Open Source & Apple technologies, and Ruby on Rails framework for web-based applications.

    Thierry Devos is Professor at San Diego State University.
    He is an expert on human interactions and an international collaborator of Project Implicit™.
    He has helped our team carrying out studies and redesigning HR processes since 2007.

    His research focuses on how beliefs and attitudes about the self and social groups operate outside of conscious awareness and control. More specifically, he is interested in the implicit interconnections between ethnic and national identities and on the influence of sociocultural realities on the implicit self-concept of minority or underrepresented groups. Prof. Thierry Devos has published more than 50 articles in the scientific press. He is a regular speaker at large international conferences and workshops. He has served as Associate Editor for several scientific journals. He has been the recipient of several awards for his research and teaching activities. Thierry obtained his PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Lausanne.

    Senior Advisor & Speaker

    Gabriele delivers executive consulting projects and training in the area of organizational development and Change Management and works as Senior Business Coach for line managers, project managers and experts.

    In her 15 years of consulting and training experience she focused on leadership development, cultural development, organizational change management including diversity and inclusion management.
    Apart from her consulting experience, Gabriele was the responsible senior executive for people and organizational development in two global DAX30 companies, including the responsibility for diversity and inclusion management. In her last SE position, she delivered the Diverseo trainings herself to senior executives and executives of different divisions.
    She holds an executive MBA degree at Henley Management College / Brunel University London and a degree as Diplom Betriebswirt at FH Würzburg Schweinfurt. She is as well certified European Business Coach, E.C.C and speaks English and German fluently, whereas German is her native language.
